Mubashir is enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi has done his Law (Hons) from one of the oldest Institutions of India- Aligarh Muslim University. He is a prolific litigator, based in Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court and various other forums/tribunals. His area of interest includes matters relating to Civil and Company/ corporate litigation besides this Mubashir is emerging as prolific IP and Industrial Disputes (Arbitration &
Conciliation and SICA) litigator and has appeared in courts/Authorities/Arbitrators on variety of matters before BIFR and AAIFR, DRAT, National Green Tribunal, Consumer Commissions and Forums, Competition Co and other relevant authorities for Intellectual Property cases.
He has got vast experience in service to the clients with integrated packages of standard services in the areas of Industrial Disputes, Arbitration & Conciliation, Sick Companies Act, Monitoring & Strategy and to add in giving advices and Legal Opinions, Prosecution and Dispute Resolution. He practices and advises clients in a wide range of industry sectors including, Suppliers, Creditors & Stake Holders, Non-Governmental Organization, Educational Enterprises, Sick Companies, Electronics, Telecommunication and Environment etc. In addition, he has been involved with various NGO’s and other organizations.
Mubashir Mushtaq has represented Indian Telephone Industries Limited (A Government of India Undertaking), Vikash Trading Company, Noida International University, Greater Noida U.P. before various Courts and Tribunals in Delhi and outside. Mubashir has been appearing in the various matters before Supreme Court of India. To his credit he has some recent and important reported judgments which include, National Insurance Co. Ltd. & Anr. M. Anis ul Islam is an Advocate and Partner of the Firm having charge of J & K High Court and other litigations in various courts of state of J&K. Anis has degree of law from Aligarh Muslim University and has joined Bar in 2012 and since then has achieved several milestones in legal profession.

He specializes in Corporate and Matrimonial Litigation, Family Laws, Public Interest Litigation. Anis is an integral part and heads the litigation team where he represents the firm before prestigious forums like the Hon'ble Supreme Court, various High Courts, District Courts and the other Judicial and Quasi-

Judicial tribunals. At MEEM he practices and advises clients in a wide range of industry sectors including, Suppliers, Creditors & Stake Holders, Non-Governmental Organization, Educational Enterprises, FMGC’s , Food and Beverage Industry etc. In addition, he has been involved with various NGO’s and other organizations.

He has represented leading institutions, Companies, domestic organizations individuals, labour organizations and government departments organizations in a diverse range of matters, including those related to Writ Jurisdictions, Mining matters, Environmental issues, Election petitions and various others spectrum.

He also counseled public and private companies in connection with other corporate transactions and on general business matters. He has been advising and representing J&K State, Department of Education in capacity of being Government Advocate. These engagements have involved a broad spectrum of industries, including, Education, Drug and Pharmaceuticals, real estate, transportation and retail sectors.

He also deals with matters of the civil side involving statues like Civil Procedure Code, Contract laws, Debt Recovery matters, Negotiable Instruments Act, Property Law. His other engagements include drafting various legal documents required in litigation matters like Petitions, Claims, Applications, and Notices etc. He has been involved in briefing and assisting various Counsels and Designated Senior Advocates and has given oral and written advice to our vast pool of national and international clients.
